What does GoQuo expect from you?

As a client success manager, you will be directly responsible for all communications with GoQuo’s clients, working together with them to drive revenue. You will be both internally and externally facing, acting as an advocate for the client internally, and externally promoting GoQuo’s objectives for a win-win situation to grow the client’s revenue:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts

  • Act as first point of contact for all client communications after initial project management phase has finished

  • Understand client’s background/ customers and pro-actively suggest relevant tactics to drive revenue

  • Communicate any briefs from the clients with the in-house marketing or project management team to assess its viability and implement campaigns and tactics

  • Review progress of client’s revenue on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and take action if it is not meeting targets

  • Liaise with in-house data team to uncover potential opportunities for revenue streams

  • Meet clients face to face/ hold regular conference calls to review progress and maintain relationships - some overseas travel may be necessary

 

Non-negotiable requirements:

  • Degree level or higher

  • At least 4 years+ in an account manager/ client success role

  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools

  • Able to grasp concepts fast and provide laser sharp insights

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent English, both spoken and written

  • Able to work under pressure; resilient

  • Confident dealing with financial data and reports

  • Organised with a great attention to detail

  • Self-starter

  • Knowledge of travel industry not essential but a plus

  • And finally, possess an insatiable drive to make things better!
