CX Executive - Mandarin Speaking at Funding Societies

Job Scope: 

  • Monitor, address and resolve omni-channel customer interactions (live chat, phone, Zendesk, mobile app etc) following customer service best practices in Mandarin
  • Facilitate and process customer onboarding in Mandarin accurately and efficiently
  • Regularly improve the Customer Experience framework consisting of internal processes, tech architecture, front facing platforms
  • Champion the voice of customers within the organization, nurture a culture of customer centricity and share knowledge, ideas, best practices with others
