Genie is a subsidiary of Carro  (carro.sg), an all-in-one automotive marketplace and service provider based in Singapore. Genie was formed to make automobile financing more accessible to customers.

Responsibilities

Attend to customers' online queries, calls and correspondences (including complaints) with professionalism and care

Process & ensure accuracy & completeness of insurance quotations, policies, renewals, claims

Communicate & document changes & updates clearly & promptly

Assist in promoting and soliciting sales of insurance and loan products,

Manage leads, liaison with business partners 

Other admin work & ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

 

Requirements

Meticulous and efficient worker (able to complete a variety of tasks within tight deadlines)

Excellent Customer Service & communication skills (English & conversational Mandarin- to liaise with Chinese speaking clients) 

Quick & adaptable learner (things are always changing in a fast-paced startup so you need to embrace change)

Min Qualification: ‘O’ level

Supportive team player; Willing to go above-and-beyond to help teammates when needed

Does not require a work pass to work in Singapore (due to MOM quota restrictions)
