About the Role:

Under the general direction of the Director of Engineering, this role is responsible for the entire global infrastructure function throughout LenddoEFL. This includes data center infrastructure, data center applications, network administration, network engineering, and client environment engineering.


Provide infrastructure services vision, enable innovation and leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the LenddoEFL’s requirements and expectations.

Lead global, strategic technology initiatives to build and maintain key elements of the LenddoEFL’s global enterprise infrastructure and associated project portfolio, including but not limited to 24x7 data center infrastructure management and evolution on Amazon Web Services (AWS) across various regions including in client side deployments

Provide assistance in ensuring delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance. Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of IT operations.

Ensure comprehensive disaster recovery architecture is maintained and operations are in place

Lead the infrastructure engineering team across various regions to manage and support the entire operations infrastructure


At least 7 years experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other cloud based infrastructures with certification a plus.

At least 10 years experience in Linux system administration, including network layer VPNs and firewall configuration

At least 5 years of leadership experience managing IT operational teams

Extensive knowledge of data center operations, telecommunications, network engineering, data center applications, client/server computing, and production operations support.

Strong leadership and management abilities. Ability to lead cross functional project teams in implementing projects of a complex nature across different time zones.

Strong background and focus in security for ongoing operations and implementation of global infrastructure in different environments is a big plus.
