About the Position:

This position will report to the Talent Director and is responsible for the end to end recruitment for India and Southeast Asia roles, and other roles globally as assigned. The Senior Recruiter will ensure quality candidates are hired in line with the business plans, having a lot of leeway, looking for and implementing creative solutions to fulfill the hiring of some of the world’s best talent.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process across the assigned region (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, negotiating compensation packages and onboarding)
Implement world class sourcing methodologies including developing a database of qualified applicants for current and forecasted positions
Source and recruit high-caliber talent across the organization - senior executives, sales, technology, and data science
Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and relevant job boards
Recommend and extend competitive offer package for selected candidates
Design, document, implement and continuously improve the hiring and recruitment processes

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience
4+ years of experience recruiting for executive, managerial and technology positions
Must have experience in filling high level positions in different countries
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication and follow up skills
Fluency in oral and written English is a must
