About the Position:

The Country Director, Indonesia is a crucial role revenue-generating role that builds LenddoEFL’s portfolio in Indonesia. The Country Director will report to the Managing Director of APAC, and over time this role will build out the local Sales team.


● Business Development and Business Development Management

○ Drive new partnerships within the region, including lead generation; pitching and evangelizing LenddoEFL’s tool to C-level risk, business, and analytics teams within lending institutions; managing all aspects of the closing process, including negotiation and compliance reviews.

○ Implementation planning – deeply understand the prospect’s business and develop compelling implementation strategies and corresponding value propositions that maximize the impact of LenddoEFL’s tool. Successfully transition closed deals to client servicing team.

○ Product Localization: Determine the best-fit set of products for the region, in coordination with the Global Head of Product. LenddoEFL strives to have our unique technologies maximally resolve local pain points. You will be responsible for the “smart localization” and success of the tools to the Indian market.

○ Build out local sales team over time


● Bachelor’s degree.

● 10-15+ years of B2B sales in the financial services sector (ideally selling consulting, core banking, or cloud services)

● 5+ years sales management experience

● Total fluency in English

Unrelenting entrepreneurial spirit.

Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Advanced degree (MBA, relevant Master’s Degree).

● Knowledge of commercial and credit risk elements of retail financial services.

● Experience with project implementation at large organizations, change management, etc.

● Experience costing and managing a budget of services offering.
