Offline Manager at Grana
Hong Kong, HK
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this exciting new position focuses on the planning and execution of Grana’s strategic global Pop-Up operations, day-to-day management of the offline business, and developing Grana’s offline exposure. Based on Grana’s unique Fitting Room concept, the global Pop-Up strategy aims to deploy short-term, hype-building Pop-Up concept stores in strategic locations around the globe.

This role must ensure that all retailing operations functions (Sales, Merchandising, Customer Service, Pop-up Management. Finance, Stock and Fulfillment) are performed accurately, to a high-standard and in a timely manner whilst maximizing sales and brand exposure. You will help us build out processes and operations that will have a lasting impact on the global Grana business. Ideally you will have extensive experience managing offline retail projects, are entrepreneurial, work proactively, and are a quick learner.

Pop-up Project Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional operations to ensure the Grana Pop-Ups strategy is effectively executed on-time and on-budget.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to effectively develop a Grana Pop-Ups blueprint for the timely and efficient setup of future operations.
- Manage the project financials ensuring the Pop-Ups are executed within the allocated budget.

Pop-Up Branding and Marketing Activations
- Ensure the Pop-Ups uniquely express the Grana brand essence to actively promote the business and expand the customer base.
- Creatively explore visual merchandising, store structure, and designs to drive customer engagement
- Work alongside the Marketing and Digital Teams to ensure the Pop-Ups are supported by online and offline marketing initiatives to drive traffic and visitor engagement.

Pop-Up Operations Administration
- Economically manage the operations of the Grana Pop-Ups in compliance with established internal policies and procedures.
- Effectively manage the Pop-Up stock coverage, supervise logistics, and general stock management.
- Establish a streamlined closing process to flexibly and quickly wrap-up Pop-Ups.
- Promoting effective internal and external communication.

People Management
- Recruit to fill available positions with highly motivated and exceptional candidates.
- Assist in the development and training of Pop-Up staff to ensure new members are thoroughly trained and oriented to company standards.
- Monitor new Pop-Up staff to help them achieve company expectations and contribute to a positive team environment, recognising successes, and boosting staff morale.

Opportunity Analysis and Review
- Review available analytics and data to assess the effectiveness of executed Pop-Up operations and areas for future improvement(s).
- Work alongside the Digital and Marketing teams to identify strategic opportunities for the deployment of future Pop-Ups.
- Consolidate findings into management reports for distribution to the Executive team.

The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified, and have exposure to retail operations, store management, and project management. This multi-dimensional role is best suited to a professional who is innovative, creative and keen to make a valuable contribution to Grana. To be considered for this position, you will ideally:
- 3+ years managerial experience in a retail setting with emphasis on operations and/or store management.
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience.
- Action oriented; drives for results.
- Natural ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Skilled at mediating and negotiating to resolve conflict.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knows how to have fun and boost positive vibes.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment.
- Solid project management experience executing cross-functional projects/programs.
- Possess strong numerical and analytical skills.
