Roles and Responsibilities

Finding the most suitable candidates for all positions in Mapan
Meeting new people and institutions to share about Mapan’s Vision, Mission, and Objectives
Doing both online and offline, research-identified, and various alternatives to reach out potential candidates using creative and out-of-the box methods that will redefine the art of sourcing for talent
Acting as the liaison officer between Mapan and educational institutions, student organizations, or whatever entity which has the potential to become the pipeline to fill Mapan’s talent needs

Bachelor degree in any major from a reputable university
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
Easy-going, easy to mingle, and sociable
Passionate to help people find the right career path and help them take the leap of faith to Social Enterprise
Possessing a sourcing or recruitment experience in Technology company is preferable
