Executive Assistant - OmiseGO at Omise

We are looking for passionate Executive Assistant to assist in managing the executive function and proactively track all the projects, initiatives, decisions, and actions to be determined and pursued. You will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Job Responsibilities

Executive Support (70%)

Complete a variety of administrative tasks for OmiseGO Executive including: managing an extremely active calendar; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that are at times confidential; arranging complex detailed travel itineraries; and compiling documents for meetings.

Work closely and effectively with the Executive to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Join and minute internal and external meetings, drive effective follow up, including correspondence and next steps.

Synthesizes information from various departments enabling the team to make key strategic decisions in a timely manner.

Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Executive's ability to effectively lead the company.

Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow- through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Identify and anticipate needs from the teams while initiating opportunities to create processes and systems to streamline office flow.

Project Operational Support (30%)

Take ownership of assigned projects by tracking and communicating progress plan to
Achieves operational objectives and conduct industry research and build models to support evaluation of various business scenarios or strategies for the teams in moving projects forward.

Work with financial modeller/analyst and Finance team to achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare and review financial reports, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Support the Exec in implementing company wide policies, directions and business activities, and

Support drafting of contracts/agreements

Systematic and well-organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science related fields.

Good knowledge in financial technology or project operations experience preferred.

Proven past experience with project management including the capacity to manage

multiple projects and priorities at an extremely fast-paced schedule.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and online
