Sales Support & Operations Officer at Carro

Carro is looking for a diligent, conscientious individual to support the sales team in attracting, identifying, following up with prospective clients and ensuring smooth operational processes.





Responsibilities:

1. Sale Support E.g. Closely follow up with prospective customers and general enquires promptly and professionally via email, phone, text, Conduct market research like price analysis

2. Operations and Administrative work E.g. Liaise with sellers and customers for necessary information and documents, Maintain inventory list, Prepare documents, Complete sales & purchase transactions

3. Ad- Hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Strong work ethic: Hardworking, high integrity, accountability, proactiveness

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Comfortable and able to communicate effectively with clients over the phone, email, texts, friendly

Independent and self-driven

Able to commit to 5.5 day work week

Willing to work from home over a few weekends (as & when needed)

Ability to speak Mandarin could be an advantage (but not a necessity)

Ability to start work on a short-notice
