Establish Customer Service standarts for evaluation
Asses quality and service based on pre-define standarts for all customer service fields (phone call, email, live chat and social media)
Divert any services that fail to meey rigorous quality standarts
KIV for Customer Service Dept. KIV for Customer Service Dept.
Evaluate the functionality and efficiency of the processes and services

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 2 years of working experience as QC SPV in Call Center / Customer Service field, preferable from e-commerce background.
Communicative, good appearance, active, and have good interpersonal skills
Have a good leadership and high commitment and responsible
Good initiative and
can work independently with minimum supervision
