Responsibilities :

-Define Sales Strategy and Business Plan to achieve Excellent Results.
-Sourcing and Developing New Business Opportunities
-Set KPI and Targets for Sales Team
-Conduct one on one review with Sales Team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales team and activity performance.
-Negotiating and securing business opportunities with new and existing clients.
-Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance, current market conditions and opportunities.
-Recruits, tests, and hires Sales team members based on criteria agreed upon by Executive Management Team (EMT)
-Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and opportunities.
-Train, Motivate Sales Team Members to become High Achiever.
Requirements :

-S1 Degree from Reputable University
-Experience 3 years minimum as Sales Manager or Supervisor
-Selft Motivated, Work hard, ambitious and Deliver Target, Target and Target.
-Strong Leadership and Role Model.
-Have a demonstrated strong track record with stretched targets
-Public Speaking Skills is highly regarded and will be an added advantage.
-Good Networking Skills with Business Owners in various industries.
-Understand what is KPI, and how to set a good and realistic KPI for team.
