Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
Managing general affairs including household, office, and others
Arranging travel, accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Assisting, collecting, arranging, maintain and coordinate with all divisions and help to maintain management function as well
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Organising and maintaining diaries and arrange CEO and COO schedule regularly
Researching and presenting information
Supervising and developing staff


Bachelor Degree Secretarial, Business or Management GPA min 3.0
Experience in Secretarial or PA min 2years, experience in IT company preffered
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Active English and Mandarin
Business software such as Microsoft office and Google Drive and presentation tools
The ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary
Great planning skills, reporting skills, and initiative

Skills: good organizational, time management skills, reporting skills, initiative, attention to detail, teamwork, ready for tight deadline, and interpersonal skills.
