With our HQ in a converted shophouse in downtown Singapore, we are now expanding our presence globally by opening an office in Toronto for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to service our large and expanding customer base in North America. This is an opportunity to be one of the first marketing employees in the new North American Hub and to help us build the next phase of our growth.

TradeGecko is currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our talented team in Toronto, Canada.

About You

You’re a high achiever who knows the value of great product marketing and the huge impact it can have on an organization. You know what it means to lead by example and are used to working in cross-functional teams. Highly analytical, you are always asking “why?” and questioning conventional wisdom. You are seen as an expert on the market and customer needs. You create positioning documents and run competitive analyses in your sleep. You have a fire in the belly to get the job done and done right. You are a PowerPoint and Excel ninja. You partner naturally with Sales and Customer Success and see them as your internal clients. You lead by example - you don’t need line authority to inspire teammates.



Responsibilities

Design and build the product marketing capability to support aggressive growth goals for the business
Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Market intelligence – be the expert on our customers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to crush them
Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for our products
Lead the go-to-market strategy - market analysis, positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, etc.
Drive sales, partner, and customer enablement initiatives including pitch decks, competitive battle cards, demo strategy, brochures, and whitepapers.
Provide content support for marketing initiatives such as website, whitepapers, webinars, email and landing page.
Participate in the development of our marketing strategy and content plan.
Goals

Product Positioning & Messaging - updated product positioning and messaging based on deep market and customer knowledge
GTM - work with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to design and implement an end to end go to market approach to launch new products
Growth in Trials/MQLs - effectively position products and provide tools and content on the website to double trials and MQLs in the next twelve months.
REQUIREMENTS

Must have

Bachelor's degree; Marketing major preferred.
5+ years experience product marketing
2+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience
PowerPoint and Excel rockstar
Strong communications skills (written and oral)
End to end go to market experience (pricing, packaging, positioning, competitive analysis, etc.)
Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
Ability to be flexible in working hours in order to work with team in Singapore
Bonus points for
