China - Social Media Assistant Manager at Grana
Hong Kong is the fastest growing fashion brand based and operated from Hong Kong. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team as soon as possible in 2017 based in Hong Kong.

As an e-commerce company social media and content make up a very important part of our brand and product marketing. We are committed to challenging standard industry practices and experimenting with new ways of reaching our audiences. We are looking for a candidate that aspires to be part of our fast-moving, energetic and ambitious team.

You will be working closely with the product, design and marketing teams and report directly to China country manager and the Head of Marketing.

Create strategy & execution plan for social content – find the strategy, the tone, the voice and the stories that are uniquely Grana
Day-to-day management and development of editorial content on social media platforms, including Weibo, Wechat, RED, Weitao, posts and discussions (SMZDM, Zhihu, fashion blogs, etc ). Adapt content from global team based in HK for these accounts
Rich experience and strong understanding on how each social media channels work in China and hands on experience in driving brand visibility and sales through different social medial platforms
Proactively interacting with our online communities across all platforms
Use social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations and report on metrics
Work closely with the copy writer to create interesting editorial and thought leadership content
Directly manage KOLs to increase Grana brand awareness and preference among target consumers.
Build relationships with KOLs and bloggers to work with on long term paid and unpaid projects to build the Grana brand and drive sales
Organically grow followers to 8-10k in first three months
Explore revenue driving activity either to Tmall or to other WeChat 3rd party stores
Explore offline events to introduce the brand to KOLs

Bachelor degree or above
2 years + of experience in a social media & content role - preferably in fashion e-commerce.
Good track record in building up high brand visibility through social media channels (Weibo, Wechat, etc) from the ground up.
Passionate personal user of social media, extensive knowledge of fashion blogging in China
Extensive knowledge of the international fashion market
Passionate about fashion, experience in adapting international content and creating new content for the China market
Business connection and network with popular social media channels and fashion/lifestyle KOLs are highly preferred
Building and implementing a long term social media plan
Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (required)
