With our HQ in a converted shophouse in downtown Singapore, we are now expanding our presence globally by opening an office in Toronto for Sales and Success to service our large and expanding customer base in North America. Our Toronto Office is based in Liberty Village. This is an opportunity to be one of the first employees in the new North American Hub and to help us build the next phase of our international growth plan.

We are looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Representative with a solid business acumen and a passion for sales to join our Toronto team (While head-quartered in Singapore, we have a global customer base.)

You will be integral to fueling our North American growth. To be successful, you will need to develop solid product knowledge and enjoy having in depth business conversations with business owners. You will work closely with our Account Executives turning raw leads into qualified opportunities. You’ll also go outbound and hunt for new business within defined segments. All new customers will be welcomed by you through phone calls and email. You will take the time to understand the customer's' business needs and match those to our product offering.


Identifying and creating new qualified sales leads from inbound marketing leads and outbound outreach
Achieving monthly quota of qualified leads
Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyze their needs
Researching accounts and overcoming prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account Executives
Collaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion

Google Apps (Gmail, docs, calendars)
Salesforce (SFDC)

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
1-2 years business experience (but we’d consider a new grad if you’re the right fit)
Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Highly driven and ambitious
Strong desire to pursue a career in sales
