TradeGecko was founded and is HQ'd in Singapore, we also have offices in Manila, Philippines, and Toronto, Canada. With this role we intend to continue to focus on growing our North American efforts and are looking for a great partner relationship manager to join our growing, global company.

At TradeGecko our growth has historically come from Inbound marketing, our relationships with other fantastic platforms; Xero, Shopify etc., and through some strategic SEM. We want to build on this foundation by creating an engaged, educated and motivated partner ecosystem to drive merchant growth and a superior merchant experience.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Partner Relationship Manager to support the partnerships ecosystem at TradeGecko. This includes developing relationships with top referral and reseller partners to drive engagement, referrals and consequently revenue.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy - Work closely with the Partnership Director to develop and accelerate the partnership strategy at TradeGecko.
Relationship Management - Maintain and growing strong relationships with partners to identify new revenue opportunities and continually enhance our go-to-market strategy. New partner management will also be a focus as we scale the team and further develop the Partnership team at TradeGecko.
Execute - Create and execute unique, scalable and revenue-generating marketing programs with quantifiable objectives through key partners.
Collaborate - Work closely with cross-functional team to increase external and internal awareness of TradeGecko and the partner program, collaborating as needed with Product, Growth and Sales.
Reporting - Monitor, collect, evaluate and report on the partner landscape.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years experience in partner relationship management for a high-tech product or services company
Experience with the development and creation of a partner program
Proven capability of working in a highly cross-functional role with many dynamic teams, senior executives and global organizations
SaaS background an asset
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
