Product/Solution Manager at Omise

The Solution & Product Management team is looking for a highly-motivated Product/Solution Manager to oversee product development, manage and deliver finished product for Omise Thailand.

The job is located at Omise HQ in Bangkok Thailand and is embracing global responsibilities to drive and support business growth across Asia Pacific and Japan.



Responsibilities:



• Build a deep knowledge of the market, customer requirements and competitors to guide product roadmaps and rollout strategies for products and services offered by Omise.

• Lead projects from start to finish with superb attention to details and high degree of personal accountability.

• Define, build and measure go-to-market plans, track progress against goals, identify issues, recommend and execute on solutions.

• Empower customer facing teams and internal teams with the knowledge, collateral and tools for them to be successful.

• Liaise with Marketing department to strategize and implement solid marketing plans based on short-term and long-term goals.

• Identify product benchmarks for Omise and implement competitive strategies that help us excel in the market.



Ideal candidate should have:



• 5+ years of Solution Management experience with a proven track record in the financial services and/or payment industry

• Able to think out of the box

• Well-rounded communication skills – strong written and verbally sound in business English, technical language, and negotiation skills.

• Must be able to interpret technical specs into simple business English.

• Results-oriented and must be able to turn pressure into productivity.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for challenging oneself to achieve the very best.


• Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of business impact and commercial challenges.

• Ability to get things done.

• Able to work creatively with strong problem solving and adept at managing multiple priorities and demands.
