Product/Solution Manager at Omise
The Solution&Product Management and Solution Marketing team is responsible for expanding reach and deepening customer engagement through the delivery of new products and best-in-class marketing programs. The team is looking for a highly motivated Product/Solution Manager for Omise’s Products & Solutions.

The job is located in Singapore and is embracing global responsibilities to drive and support business growth across Asia Pacific and Japan.

• Build a deep knowledge of the market, customers and competitors to guide product roadmaps and sales strategies for Cash management, cross-border payments and FX products and services offered by Omise

• Empower the sales & customer facing teams with the knowledge, collateral and tools for them to be successful

• Lead projects from start to finish with superb attention to details and high degree of personal accountability

• Define, build and measure go-to-market plans, track progress against goals, identify issues, recommend and execute on solutions

• Strategize and implement solid marketing plans based on short-term and long-term goals.

• Engage with Customers and build VoC based solution strategies.

• Identify product benchmarks for Omise and implement competitive strategies that help us excel in the market.

• Engage with Fortune-500 clients in Consulting role and devise reusable Cash Management solutions

Ideal candidate should have:

• Passion for working in startups

• Results-oriented Solution Management resource/SME with 10+ years of experience with a proven track record in the financial services and/or payment industry

• Able to think out of the box

• Prior experience in building Solution strategies for eCommerce and/or Cash management businesses with exposure in handling cross-border remittances

• Strong attention to detail and passion for challenging oneself to achieve the very best
Communication skills to explain product decisions and thought process

• Perfect mastering of English as a work language including excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of business impact and commercial challenges. Ability to get things done.
