Roles and Responsibilities :

Managing the employee training and development in their assigned work area
Identifying the training requirements and development of the company
Creating an implementation program based on training identifications and requirements, also evaluating the implemented training
Continuously improving the training process that is adjusted to work requirements and other related factors
Coordinating with other team members to prepare all required documents and tools for training program
Ensuring that all trainings for employee are in accordance with the needs and regulations
Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major from a reputable university
Minimum 2 years of experience in training
Mastery in the following aspects:
High adaptability in a new environment
Good communication skill with people from diverse backgrounds
Planning and implementation
Good time and work management
Ability to negotiate and drive motivation
Microsoft Office
