Roles and Responsibilities :

Plan and execute Sales Performance Management in designated area, including :
Conduct potential and characteristic analysis in designated area to develop strategic plan to achieve company’s target
Create planning related to the opening of new branches
Create achievement report of sales performance and programs implementations in the area
Ensure and monitor all programs from the head office are conducted and prepared well in branch office
Manage manpower planning and execution for all supervised personnel, including :
Manage and monitor the manpower needs, plans, and staffing for designated area
Work closely with Human Capital division to conduct analysis related to team members competency and characteristics, then perform actions needed to improve the competency of the team
Lead overall performance management process for his/her team, including development plans and coaching
Ensure that all team members understand the content and purpose and perform their duties based on the SOP, including :
Monitor the indications of SOP violations; and create a report if a violation occurs, then resolve and monitor follow up actions
Work closely with Risk & Audit Division to create a strategic plan and follow up actions
Qualification :

Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university
Minimum four (4) years of experience in sales and distribution
Experience in direct selling is an advantage
Preferably, at least 2 years with experience in managing large organization (above 20 people) in FMCG business
