Roles and Responsibilities :

Analyzing and developing the development plan as per operation plans and/or activities

Analyzing and developing the specific individual development plan for high potential and/or high performance employees

Analyzing and developing the Training Plan as per operation plans and/or activities

Developing and Reviewing the Internal Training Modules

Implementing and Evaluating the Development Plan as per plan

Assessing the training and development needs and designing the cost-effective programs and approaches to meet needs

Assisting the Human Capital Manager in developing the training and development budget and training institute operational budget

Preparing the proposal, processing the documentation and conducting a report for the training

Planning and coordinating with people from HR and/or other divisions in developing and implementing the development plan

Ensuring the quality and consistency of training materials

Qualifications :

Minimum bachelor degree in any major from a reputable university

Experienced as a Trainer or Training Officer for at least 4 years

Understanding and able to do Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

Understanding and able to review and develop training modules

Able to analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives and make sound, appropriate recommendations

Communicating effectively to a broad spectrum of audience

Oral comprehension and expression
