· Must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner in English and Bahamas

Customer service functions:

· Screen phone calls and distribute inquiries to the right person.

· Manage and answer inquiries coming in to support channel.

· Ensure SLA is met in both resolution time and quality of update provided to customers.

· Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service quality and that issues are addressed properly according to impact and priority.

· Produce and publish customer-facing document to improve service quality and customer experience
