You’re passionate about creating engaging quality product communications and sales tools, You’ll need to work closely with the product and sales teams to develop a deep understanding of what our ideal customers really want. What are they thinking about every day? What keeps them up at night? What are their unknowns and how can we help solve them? This role involves researching and producing product communications and sales support tools that will support the sales team at all stage of the sales process.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage the creation of content in many forms including sales tools, case studies, competitor cheat sheets, product collateral, proposal templates, presentations, infographics and prospect-facing informational material etc.
Create 3-5 sales support resources each month
Manage GTM campaigns to deliver on time and within budget
Maintain and update existing content and tools
Ensure product communications, collateral and web copy is effective and accurate
Whilst you’ll create some of the content yourself, you’ll also work with our design team, freelancers and agencies, briefing them and managing implementation
Train the sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
Respond to ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team
Create and Manage a sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible
Collaborate with designers, product marketers, and our sales professionals to produce relevant content that meets the needs of the sales team
Understand our buyer's journey
Determine content adoption metrics to measure the effectiveness of the tools you create and define sales enablement best practices.
Report on performance and learnings. We are passionate about the process of experiment, test, and learn.
Collaborate with the rest of the content team to identify opportunities to leverage other content for sales enablement
Ensure what you create is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for user experience
Conduct and report on market research
Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
Contribute to marketing strategy and planning
Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree; business / marketing majors preferred
2-5 years experience in a product marketing or sales support role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
PowerPoint/Presentation/Keynote Skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know
Passion for creating world-class content and sales tools, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and measure results


NICE TO HAVE:

Background in supply chain, understanding of eCommerce and Wholesale business practices
