Business Development Manager at Perx

Perx is looking for an experienced professional to join our team of sales managers as part of our regional go-to-market launch initiative. The sales organization is tasked with conveying the Perx innovative value proposition to expand our regional footprint. The optimal candidate will have strategic selling experience, preferably in a high-growth organization within the software or technology industry.

Daily cold calling to initiate and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone and in person, to a set number of target accounts and concepts
Drive additional business through a defined national and regional go-to-market sales strategy
Effectively present Perx through online demos to prospective clients to close business
Maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively in a results-driven culture
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance objectives consistently
Adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
Acquire and integrate industry knowledge and trends
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offering, market, emerging technologies and competitive position
Use CRM to manage the sales process, activity and sales pipeline reporting
For this role you must have a Bachelor’s Degree, fluent command of the English language with exceptional communication skills, and a natural affinity for client relations.
3 to 5 years’ experience of outside sales (including cold calling), preferably in the Technology or Software industries.
You must have excellent writing, editing and presentation skills with superb attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
You must have strategic selling experience, as well as proven ability to close business and consistently meeting sales quota.
