Office Administrator (Part-Time)
We are looking for a preferably experienced Office Administrator to support office operations of Funding Societies | Modalku SG and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
The role will involve a great deal of multi-tasking. You will work with various teams, oversee the operations within Funding Societies | Modalku SG, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in event-planning according to office needs. You will be the “Go To” person if there are office resources or administrative issues.
What will I be doing?
Monitor inventory of workplace supplies, evaluate and assess new purchase requests (office equipment, stationery, name cards and groceries)
Oversee and schedule (where required) facilities services, maintenance activities and liaise with relevant suppliers and/or trade persons (E.g Electricians)
Coordinating events as necessary, Eg. Recycling, Renovations, Event planning etc
Manning of reception desk, which includes handling of office guests and handling incoming calls and other communications
Organising travel by booking accommodations and reservation needs as required
Contact person between Funding Societies | Modalku SG and Landlord, participate in events such as fire drills, etc.
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
Overseeing a clean and enjoyable working environment
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualities / Personality Traits
Meticulous and Organised
Understands or able to pick up facilities and office management quickly
Proficient in G-Suite
An ability to remain calm under extreme pressure
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Proactive and willing to show initiative
Resourceful, good team player with can-do spirit
No prior experience required
