Carousell is looking for a Key Accounts Management Officer with excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills to handle tasks efficiently. This is a 6-month project-based contract in Ortigas, Pasig.
Create and update reports for clients
Verify details on various tools and systems, checking that data/statistics are accurate
Process value added services & provide customer support for clients
Review and verify statistics from apps and tools
Process Leads distribution
QA incoming leads
Provide administrative assistance to leads and management team members as required
Deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as marketing, product, moderation, finance, etc.
Report unusual activity to supervisors
Clerical experience in a high-volume office highly desired
Strong attention to details and desire to follow procedures
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written Communications, English and Filipino)
High level of integrity, honesty, and judgement
Diligence and discipline in work ethics
Strong interest in & understanding of online marketplaces and real estate an advantage
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
