Total Rewards Partner at Funding Societies

We are looking for a Total Rewards Partner at Funding Societies | Modalku! You will have the opportunity to be in the driver's seat to create and recommend the relevant Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits strategies to support (and accelerate!) our growth. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 
 

  • Define and develop Funding Societies' Total Rewards Philosophy and ensure it is consistent with work culture and organisational objectives
  • Understand Equity / ESOP structure (strong preference for former experience in a start-up)
  • Ability to design and implement job grading for Performance Management
  • Generate insights from market data and make suitable recommendations for salary grading and bench-marking in a Fintech context
  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total C&B package aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals

  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)

  • Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and non-financial compensations

  • Assess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees

  • Utilise salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits

  • Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value

  • Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics

  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices

  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports

You may shine in this role if you have: 

  • 4-6 years experience in compensation and benefits role

  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management

  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems

  • Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations

  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
