  • Manage and lead Supply Chain Managers and Relationship Managers, and achieve company target through them
  • Meet periodic sales target consistently
  • Fulfill manpower planning that includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Assume the role of leader, mentor, and coach for the team members, monitor their daily activities, provide go to market strategy and ensure its execution
  • Generate leads for partnerships (anchors) and SME financing that includes qualifying leads, retaining and expanding existing relationships
  • Identify customers’ needs, which may create unique, innovative, and high-value customer solutions.
  • Present and pitch products to potential customers and negotiate the terms and conditions.
  • Be the point of contact in communicating and coordinating with relevant division such as: TF, Credit, Collection, Finance
  • Take an active involvement in deals preparation and its execution according to timeline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SME / Commercial Banking and 1 year of experience in managing team
  • Experience in supply chain business will be a plus point
  • Possession of good integrity, strong initiative and positive working attitude
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skill
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Indonesian; strong negotiation skill and persuasive selling skill
  • Possession of good network of anchors (large corporation) and SME businesses with the ability to expand and develop new relationships with them
  • Excellent team player with proven people development skills and ability to motivate and influence others
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving and fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to work with systematic approach and discipline to deliver results accurately
