Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:
i. Conduct outbound calls to pre-screen potential clients to ensure that they qualify for financing.
ii. Effectively following up with clients in a timely manner.
iii. Promptly communicate (including timely updating) with Business Development team on status of clients. (including use of sales tools and platforms)
iv. Proactively delivering on our customer contact strategy to drive conversion, engagement and client satisfaction.
v. Demonstrate strong personal values and a commitment to our mission and values
vi. Handle any ad-hoc work or projects assigned to you.
i. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in SME / Commercial Bank
ii. Well versed in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
iii. Able to converse in any dialect will be an added advantage.
