Marketing Manager, B2B at Funding Societies

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment and marketing initiatives that will enhance the platform value proposition, activate sales demand and make Funding Societies a lender of choice for SMEs in Singapore. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • End to end execution of overall marketing strategy for the segment including awareness, acquisition and engagement of leads all through the customer lifecycle

  • Deliver Segment KPIs in line with the organizational objectives

  • Own,manage and execute the marketing calendar for initiatives targeting the SME segment

  • Drive and manage awareness, and continued engagement with associations and marketing partners through campaigns and events

  • Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Branding, PR, Digital and other stakeholders to drive execution of campaigns and events

  • Monitor the spends and ROI for all Marketing initiatives for the segment

  • Own and manage Marketing budgets for the segment

  • Competitor analysis to drive action plans for effective execution strategy


Qualifications / Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years experience with at least 3 years in marketing preferably in the B2B segment or enjoys organising events

  • Data driven with strong focus on tracking of results

  • Organized, systematic and have a strong eye for details

  • Hands-on, and enjoys being involved in the end to end execution of marketing initiatives revolving around EDMs, events etc.

  • Comfortable with managing budgets and understanding of P&L




  • Resourceful and analytical, ability to analyze data and information to derive actionable marketing plans

  • Good at building and managing relationships with key opinion leaders, partners, associations and industry experts

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate market situation and provide marketing solutions to meet objectives in an effective, clear, positive and concise manner

  • Good interpersonal skills essential for managing and working with multiple stakeholders

  • Hard-working, self-motivated and highly efficient both independently and within a team

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, where uncertainty is a given

  • Quick learner, excellent problem-solver and possess the ability to think about the situation at hand and escalate when necessary, bringing proposals for how to solve the problem to the table
