Product Manager - SME Banking at Funding Societies
Kuala Lumpur, MY

In this role, you would be responsible for:

  • Defining and owning the offline customer experience from a Sales, Marketing & Credit lens to deliver an outstanding customer journey for each Bolt customer and prospect
  • This individual would be expected to be the voice of customer for Bolt, understanding hyperlocal nuances and needs
  • Developing and implementing partnerships and additional channels for Bolt
  • Working with the Sales, Marketing & Credit teams in each market in a matrixed structure alongside functional lead
  • Innovating the Bolt product & offering for future needs as they arise; including, but not limited to automated underwriting, data-driven customer profiling and acquisition
  • Enabling the Bolt teams with the relevant training and systems to outperform, and grow their potential as FSMK-ers
  • Partnering with cross functional teams (including Compliance, Risk, etc) to ensure that Bolt upholds relevant regulatory standards
  • Cover any operational gaps as and when required

You will be empowered with the following decision rights:

  • Owning the rights to design and implement operational processes for Bolt
  • Holding veto rights for Product development (as and when needed)


What we look for:

  • Strong enthusiasm for new experiences and to learn new skills.
  • Understanding of financial markets and products - in investment and/or lending
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer facing role or a partnerships role
  • Beginner SQL skills
  • Keen to learn Python and use it in a simple manner in day to day job
  • Enjoy translating analysis results into actionable business recommendations
  • Someone who loves working with numbers, problem-solving and teaching others
  • Confident and clear at communicating complex ideas and information and collaborating across teams
