Online Commerce Lead at Tanihub

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the stocks on the warehouse are updated properly and reflected accurately on the online platforms
  • Strategise digital promotions across all branches
  • Nurture and develop the team
  • Develop e-commerce, sales, plan / strategic to meet revenue and growth targets in all branches
  • Building relationships with all branches in Indonesia
  • Establish and improve relationships with client Apps and Official Store (Blibli, Tokopedia, JD.ID, Shopee).
  • Look for new opportunities, identify white spaces and marketing opportunities in Official Store and Client Apps
  • Analysis of market competition and competitor activities to have market insights (trends, price lists, make interesting promotions, and product availability)
  • Monitor sales, see whether the rate of selling is good, if not take it off.
  • Make weekly report, evaluate the activity for this week. Make monthly meeting, point of flaws and make innovation/solution

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min Bachelor Degree
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the E-Commerce world
  • Strong understanding of the E-Commerce market and sales field
  • Strong understanding of B2B & B2C
  • Having the experience of leading a team
  • Decent exposure in the digital/online commerce world
