People Acquisition Consultant at Go-jek
- Min. bachelor degree from reputable university (local or overseas)
- Preferably have Headhunter agency background
- At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment function (preferably in Information or Technology companies)
- Experience in handling full life cycle of recruitment
- Strong analytical skills, great communication & relationship building skills.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
- Managing stakeholders of the assigned function(s)
- Fulfill MPP Requests as per agreed SLA for the assigned function(s)
- Source and recruit candidates by using database, social media, etc.
- Provide talent database
- Ensure pleasant candidate experience
- Ensure candidate engagement
- Conduct interviews using various creative & reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Create your own project.
