Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. bachelor degree from reputable university (local or overseas)
  • Preferably have Headhunter agency background
  • At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment function (preferably in Information or Technology companies)
  • Experience in handling full life cycle of recruitment
  • Strong analytical skills, great communication & relationship building skills.

Job Descriptions

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Managing stakeholders of the assigned function(s)
  • Fulfill MPP Requests as per agreed SLA for the assigned function(s)
  • Headhunting
  • Source and recruit candidates by using database, social media, etc.
  • Provide talent database
  • Ensure pleasant candidate experience
  • Ensure candidate engagement
  • Conduct interviews using various creative & reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Create your own project.
