- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university (local or overseas) in Psychology, Business Management, or related major.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resource function (preferably in Information or Technology companies).
- Fresh graduated are also welcomed to apply.
- Experience in handling full life cycle of Human Resource and Performance Management.
- Strong analytical skills, great communication & relationship building skills.
- Helping with the execution to conduct performance management initiative and engagement survey
- Helping with the socialization and execution to conduct performance management initiative for overall GOJEK Group
- Becoming the administrator for managing performance management tool
- Becoming the analyst for performance data
- Content creation for internal campaign re: performance management initiatives and article for insight publication
