Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Computer literacy (ms. excel, ms. word, ms. powerpoint)
  • Possesses high learning agility and curiousity
  • Prior work experience in HR, consulting, and/or project management
  • Experience in using project management methodologies preferable
  • Experience with HR systems preferable
  • Project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal English and communication skills
  • Demonstrated creativity and thinking "outside the box"
  • Ability to weigh and manage priorities and plan and organise own work
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in an ever-changing environment
  • Confident facilitating and presenting
  • Strong excel worksheet skills, including formulas and data manipulation
