Job Description:

  • Formulate strategies to maximize team sales
  • Make plans to ensure the achievement of division and personal targets, align with the company's sales policies and strategies
  • Providing daily, monthly, and quarterly sales plan guidance in accordance with the strategy formulated
  • Manage, develop, train, control and motivate salespeople to develop their skills
  • Set up a sales advisory team to ensure targets have been delivered through management and performance reviews
  • Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate the performance of sales advisors
  • Lead meetings with key customers to ensure strong relationships and eliminate business barriers, align with the company's long-term direction

Requirements:

  • Have good sales and negotiation skills
  • Understand technology, budgeting, and report writing skills
