Head of Media Sales at MoneySmart

We are looking for an experienced Head of Media Sales that will add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing strategic partnerships.

You will also be responsible for identifying additional revenue opportunities and involvement in overall growth opportunities for the media side of the business.


  • Onboard media campaigns and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement media sales strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate traffic and sales on our media site.
  • Build relationships with brand and performance focused agency contacts and explain the power of MoneySmart Indonesia’s native, choice based advertising platform.
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, content, customer service etc.) to ensure partnerships are executed and closed within a timely manner.
  • Work with the Head of Digital Content to monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.


  • Minimum 6-8 years experience within media sales and managing relationships with key clients
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports.

*Existing media relationships are a plus.*
