Xendit processes payments, runs marketplaces, disburses payroll and loans, detects fraud and helps other businesses grow exponentially. We serve these companies by providing a suite of world-class APIs and a dashboard UI that simplifies processes.

The Xendit  Operations team is responsible for laying the foundations that ensure our business keeps on running. As a receptionist, office administrations related First impressions of Xendit will be your responsibility, as you entertain the guests that come in. This will include ensuring everything in our office space is in its mint condition, as we value this very highly to ensure the positive first impression.

A xen-receptionist is not just any ordinary role - you’ll be the warm and friendly face of xendit that welcomes all our guests into our office as if it was our home. You’ll ensure all our guests have a seamless experience, from top-notch meeting room presentation, to ensuring their host is aware of their arrival and making guests feel at home.

Meeting Room Management
  • Ensure meeting rooms are used as per the booking schedule
  • Ensure all meeting rooms and foyer/guest areas are well presented at all times
  • Manage ad hoc meeting requests with ease
Guest interaction
  • Alert xendit host to guest arrival immediately, and monitor to ensure they attend the guest promptly
  • Place guest in appropriate room, or waiting area
  • Offer guest amenities, such as drink on arrival, bathroom directions, order transport, etc.
  • Entertain/chat with guest if appropriate
Direct calls to the most appropriate place or take messages, acting as the gatekeeper to ensure only important and relevant calls come through to the team
  • Office Administration as needed, such as handling mail, coordinating office staff, 

You may be a good fit if you are:
  • Welcoming and friendly demeanour
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian language 
  • Comfortable speaking and conversing in a professional manner with a diverse range of individuals
  • Strong customer service orientation (polite, friendly, well presented and proactive to assist guests) and proficient in office software
  • Attention to detail, can manage competing tasks and priorities
  • Hard worker, willing to get anything done
Nice to have:
  • Experience in Receptionist/Secretary Role (1 year)
  • Specifically: filing, office management, answer phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail, and inventory management
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • D3 Secretariat/Business Administration/Hospitality
  • Can speak or write to a professional level in Mandarin
