Campaign Operations Executive at Carousell

As a Campaign Operations Executive in the Carousell Media Sales & Partnerships team, your responsibility will be to set up and running integrated campaigns across digital channels to ensure the success metrics of the campaign/project for clients are met. You’ll be working closely with the media sales & partnerships teams to help drive various campaigns utilising channels such as DFP, emails & push, design & collaterals set-up.


You will:

  • Marketing

    • Drive messaging, positioning and marketing creatives to drive performance for clients & partnerships
    • Assist with supporting the media sales & partnerships team with clients & campaign project management, from conceptualisation, campaign management to post campaign report presentation
    • Leverage on marketing channels & develop CRM strategy (Emails & Push) to drive key objectives and performance for clients & partners
    • Be data driven and work to measure success of campaigns & provide recommendations to the team & partners you work with to improve


    • Coordinating across clients, partners, & media sales & partnerships team and various country marketing functions
    • Coordinating with the Media Sales & Partnerships & Country teams to share feedback about campaigns and insights on how we can improve  
    • Work with clients, partners & media sales & partnerships team to solve problems and identify opportunities with each campaign


    • Working with media sales & partnership team to manage and run marketing plans for campaigns
    • Maintaining relationships with clients and partners, deliver performance for campaign and drive client retention
    • Managing campaigns, document campaign overview and results, and drawing insights for performance


You have:

  • Detailed-oriented, initiative and passionate to deliver results
  • Candidate must be familiar with the community and understand partner’s needs - what are the trends, what's buzzing, identify target audience and appropriate content, and run campaigns that will drive performance for partners
  • Data driven and able to draw insights and provide recommendations
  • Excited about developing marketing campaigns for various projects & stakeholders
  • Aptitude for copywriting & design
  • Passionate about the Carousell app, and shows excitement at the possibility of working with various partners to help them be successful when they partner and/or advertise on Carousell
  • Prepared to roll up your sleeves - that means being passionate about dealing with potential issues too and excited to fix them manually, dealing with various clients & stakeholders
  • Must be able to communicate well between business teams, product team, international & cross functional teams
